Ethel Victor Oso is a Delta State born Artist. He is from Emede in Isoko South LGA of Delta State. His desire to study art was borne out of the zeal to express himself and also reach out to the world. His passion for Art no doubt is second to none. He believes that in a world where freedom of expression has been caged, Art remains the only surviving mouthpiece. For him, Art is life.
